Remote Guided Vehicle
One of our customer had to design the remote guided vehicle with a vision camera and equipped with 1.5KW inverter to power the load .The design demanded to carry a load of 200 KGS with a battery back up of 2 Hours. There was also a need of wireless video data transfer to console through local WiFi in order to operate this vehicle remotely.
Bridgetronix team has deigned the compete product from with record time of 6 months .
Complexities :
Designing battery pack of 3.5KW with internal cooling and of the shelf BMS. Battery had to power the load of 1.5KW and also power the drive train
Drive selection as the load to be carried was around 200Kgs
Handling peak current of 100 Amps and surge of 150Amps and relevant harness design

This was quick project where in Bridgetronix designed and developed complete electrical hardware including architecture, part selection, harness design, wiring ,integration and testing.
Automotive Test Benches
We are approached by customer with peculiar issue where in they wanted to build a universal sensor tester yet portable and battery based operation to enable the use of tester in filed .Very challenge we faced in this unit is to provide the testing ports for various sensors with different data output formats protocols such voltage, frequency, Inductance , PWM output, SENT format, SPI,CAN etc . Multiplexing all measurement points and providing proper identification for each sensor with dedicated harness and mating connectors with touch screen user interface with reporting options were difficult to accommodate thanks to number of different verity of sensors. Finally we delivered solution which was not only compact and was able to test 45 different types of automotive sensors with very intuitive user interface.
Cable Harness
Cable harness shown here was developed for a critical application with special type of connector where in Bridgetronix team helped customer identify the cables ,sleaves and other parts to realizes the harness
